The Creative Playground
My Creative Director challenged me to “make this bad, but the good kind of bad.” I experimented with shapes, textures, and overlays in After Effects, using cameras and pre-comps to highlight Rebel’s rebellious identity. The clean, geometric logo was enhanced with sharp shapes to make it stand out. Alongside animations, I developed posters and activation marketing materials to support the launch. Sketching and ideation pushed me into new creative territory. One challenge was adding visual depth, which I solved through color experimentation and rhythmic design. The videos gained traction on LinkedIn with 30 likes in a day and became a key part of agency tours.

The goal was to showcase wild and creative thinking that breaks away from cookie cutter norms, staying rebellious, bold, and non-complacent. The visuals address a common problem in the industry: sameness. This design offers an alternative by highlighting unconventional ideas rooted in research and strategy. It presents a different way of thinking, grounded in purpose and backed by intention.
